Story: Trallallero Trallalà vs Orcalero Orcalà (The Brainrots No. 0)
⚠️ CONTAINS SPOILERS ⚠️
From the comic “The Brainrots” #0 – published in July 2025
- Script and text: Sandro Savarese
- Art: Kirksa
In issue zero of the comic The Brainrots we find one of the most anticipated and talked-about stories in the entire universe:
the ultimate challenge between the two most competitive rival cousins in the ocean.
On one side Trallallero Trallalà, the shark with the confident stride and loyal to his two iconic light-blue sneakers.
On the other Orcalero Orcalà, the pirate-orca with super-shiny white shoes and a pride as big as the ocean itself.
And this time it’s not just some simple beach argument:
they will face off in three underwater trials, manga-style, in a sequence that is dynamic, fast-paced, and full of onomatopoeic epic splashes.

🐙 An exceptional referee: Bluberrino Octopussini
To manage the tension between the two marine giants comes:
Bluberrino Octopussini, the famous octopus-referee in an elegant jacket with tentacles always ready to pull out a card… or three.
He is the only one impartial enough (and brave enough) to bring order between the two cousins who have been arguing for centuries over who is the true champion of the abyss.

🏆 Who will win? Who will have the glory?
The comic plays with comedy, rhythm, and the eternal rivalry between the two:
both want to be “the strongest,” “the fastest,” “the most stylish,” “the most abyssal.”
Yet, amidst a plot twist, a wave kick, and a laugh while holding their breath, the reader will discover that:
👉 the real prize is not winning… but continuing to challenge each other.

🌟 A story celebrating rivalry, comedy, and brotherhood
The challenge between Trallallero and Orcalero is one of the most hilarious in Issue Zero:
a mix of adrenaline, marine slapstick, manga expressions, and moments that are destined to become iconic.
A story that talks about rivalry, sure…
but above all about family, pride, and healthy competition (or almost).
