Story: Instinctive Platypus: The Mystery of the Kraken (The Brainrots #12)

Instinctive Platypus is on the road again.

After his first adventure, one of the most unique explorers in The Brainrots universe returns in Number 12 with a new stop on his endless journey.

His inseparable jet pack takes him further and further, through places very few Brainrots have visited.

This time, after crossing the mysterious Chilickito Islands, Platypus reaches a small, remote port.

Its name is:

⚓ RED BAY.

And it is precisely here that he will hear about a legend every sailor knows...

the Kraken. 🐙

🚀 An explorer with a jet pack

Instinctive Platypus does not seem to be made to sit still.

His world is the journey.

With his jet pack, he crosses distant territories, discovers forgotten places, and inevitably ends up inside mysteries that a normal person would likely avoid.

After passing the Chilickito Islands, his journey leads him towards a much lesser-known area.

In the distance, a port finally appears.

Old.

Isolated.

Almost forgotten by maps.

Red Bay.

 

⚓ A night in Red Bay

When he arrives, the sun is already setting.

Boats are slowly returning to the harbor, and Platypus decides to stop for the night.

He enters one of the old bars frequented by the local sailors.

And it is right there that he overhears a conversation.

Someone is talking about missing boats.

Someone else tells of enormous tentacles appearing in the waves.

Others prefer not to talk about it at all.

All the stories point to the same name:

🐙 KRAKEN.

 

🌊 A legend or something real?

For many, the Kraken is just an old story told by sailors.

A gigantic creature capable of dragging entire ships into the depths of the sea.

But in Red Bay, there seem to be people convinced they have truly seen it.

And naturally, there is a problem.

When Instinctive Platypus hears about something that no one can explain...

he has to go check it out.

So, what was supposed to be just a quiet stop during his journey risks turning into his most dangerous adventure yet.

This second adventure also begins to show us something bigger.

The stories of Instinctive Platypus are also a way to explore the geography of The Brainrots universe.

First the Chilickito Islands.

Now Red Bay.

And tomorrow?

His jet pack could take him practically anywhere.

Because Platypus isn't just living a series of adventures.

He is traversing the Brainrot world.

And every new destination could hide a new legend.

This time it's called the Kraken.

There is only one question:

Will Platypus really have the courage to go look for it? 🐙🌊
