🎉 The Brainrots turns 1! A memorable cover for the first anniversary is coming soon

July 5, 2026 will be a truly special date for the entire The Brainrots universe.

Exactly one year ago, on July 5, 2025, the adventure of our comic officially began. Since then, so many things have happened: new stories, new characters, sagas, absurd adventures, and a universe that, issue after issue, has become bigger and bigger.

And now, the time has come to celebrate.

🎂 One year of The Brainrots

It feels like yesterday, but a year has already passed since the first release.

In these twelve months, we have seen the Brainrot characters become the protagonists of completely new adventures: battles, mysteries, tournaments, journeys, fantasy worlds, and situations so absurd that even they probably wouldn't know how to explain them.

Characters like Tung Tung Sahur, Ballerina Cappuccina, Cappuccino Assassino, Trallalero Trallalà, Brr Brr Patapim, Bombardiro Crocodilo, Bombombini Gusini, Prof. Ricottino, and many others have built, story after story, the first year of our comic book universe.

And naturally, there has been no shortage of new protagonists, new series, and characters that, over the months, have become part of the great The Brainrots family.

That is why the first anniversary deserved something special.

 

🎨 We are preparing a memorable cover

We can finally show you a first preview of the cover we are preparing to celebrate the comic’s first birthday.

What you see is still in the work-in-progress phase.

The idea is simple but ambitious: to bring together in one large illustration many of the characters that have made history in the first year of The Brainrots.

Heroes, friends, rivals, creatures, and protagonists of the various adventures, all together to celebrate issue 1.

A true family portrait of the Brainrot universe.

Or perhaps it would be better to call it a completely out-of-control family portrait. 😄

 

✏️ From sketch to final cover

The cover is still in the works, and that is precisely why we wanted to show you a small taste of it.

Drafts, pencil sketches, initial colors, characters to be adjusted, and many details still to be completed.

The final result will be unveiled later on.

And we can already tell you that it will be one of the covers with the most characters ever created for The Brainrots.

How many will you be able to recognize?

 

🥈🥇 Regular, Silver, and Gold

But the surprise doesn’t end with the illustration.

To celebrate this first anniversary, we have decided to create the cover in three different versions:

🔵 Regular Edition – the official cover for the standard edition.

⚪ Silver Edition – a special variant designed to celebrate the first anniversary.

🟡 Gold Edition – the version dedicated especially to collectors and those who want to keep a special memento of this moment.

The main focus remains the large celebratory illustration, but the different editions will have their own visual identity.

In future updates, we will show the three versions in more detail.

 

🧠 A year of stories, but we are only at the beginning

The first year of The Brainrots has been, above all, a gigantic creative experiment.

We took these characters out of the very short memes we are used to seeing them in and tried to imagine something different:

What would their world look like?

How would they live?

Who would their friends be?

Who would their enemies be?

And above all...

what would happen if we put them all inside a comic book?

We discovered the answer month after month.

A universe made of characters, sagas, and stories was born, and it continues to expand to this day.

 

❤️ This anniversary is yours too

A year of comics also means a year of people who have read, collected, and waited for them month after month.

There are those who discovered us with the first issue.

Those who arrived later.

Those who started with one story and then went back to catch up on the previous ones.

And those who now wait for every new release to see what madness will come next.

For this reason, the first anniversary cover is not meant to be just a celebration of the characters.

It is also meant to be a big thank you to all the readers who have accompanied The Brainrots during this first year.

 

🚀 Towards the second year!

On July 5, we will therefore blow out our first candle.

But while we celebrate the first year, we are already working on what comes next.

New stories.

New characters.

New sagas.

And naturally, new Brainrot madness.

What you see today is just the preview.

We will soon unveil the final cover and all the information regarding the Regular, Silver, and Gold editions.
