⚓🌊 Red Bay – Il porto dove nessuno crede più al Kraken

⚓🌊 Red Bay – The port where no one believes in the Kraken anymore

If you are traveling along the most remote coasts of The Brainrots universe, sooner or later you might come across a small harbor surrounded by cliffs, old boats, and houses worn by the salt.

Welcome to Red Bay.

A seemingly quiet place where fishermen head out at dawn, sailors spend their evenings in bars, and almost everyone knows at least one story about the sea.

But there is a legend that belongs to Red Bay more than any other.

That of the Red Kraken.

🔴 Why is it called Red Bay?

According to the oldest legend, the name Red Bay does not come from the color of the rocks or the sunsets.

It comes from the very creature that is said to live in its depths.

A giant Kraken with fire-red tentacles.

In the story of the Platypus, when the creature finally emerges, one of its enormous red tentacles crashes down on Jeff's boat.

The elders, however, say that many years ago, fishermen would avoid going out at all during moonless nights.

They would say:

“If the sea turns red, go back home.”

Today?

Almost everyone laughs it off.

⚓ The inhabitants of Red Bay

Red Bay is home mostly to fishermen, sailors, traders, and old captains who claim to have sailed just about everywhere.

They are people accustomed to the oddities of the sea.

Giant waves?

Normal.

A missing boat?

It happens.

A mysterious light underwater?

Probably just some fish.

A red tentacle as big as a house?

“You’ve had too much to drink.”

Paradoxically, the inhabitants of Red Bay themselves have become the ones who believe in the Kraken legend the least.

🍺 The sailors' bar

One of the most important places in the town is the old harbor bar.

It is here that Instinctive Platypus, having just arrived and exhausted from his journey, hears some of the locals telling the Kraken legend.

In our imagination of Red Bay, that pub might have become famous for a particular tradition.

Every night someone has to tell a sea story.

The more absurd, the better.

Ghost ships.

Talking fish.

Islands that change position.

A captain who claims he married a mermaid but got a divorce because “they lived too far apart.”

And of course...

the Kraken.

🐙 The strange rules of Red Bay

Some old superstitions also circulate among the sailors.

Never whistle three times while looking at the sea.

Never bring an octopus on a boat after sunset.

If you find a completely red seashell, put it back in the water immediately.

And above all:

if you hear three knocks coming from under the boat, do not look down.

No one knows where these rules come from.

And no one follows them.

Well...

almost no one.

🦆🚀 Then came Instinctive Platypus

When Platypus arrives in Red Bay with his jetpack, the legend seems destined to remain nothing more than a story told at the bar.

Then he meets Jeff.

He sets out with him.

And the next morning the two return, bringing photographs of the clash, a tooth, and other proof of the creature.

From that day on in Red Bay, no one laughs anymore when someone says the word:

KRAKEN.

And there is another question the inhabitants have started asking themselves.

If that legend was true...

how many of the other stories told in the bar might be too?
